  • Absolutely! Every new installation includes 1 year of free service, covering both parts and labor. After that, our brass fixtures, bulbs, and transformers are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty. If service is needed beyond the first year, a capped $215 flat-rate fee applies to cover the trip and labor.

  • Our standard fixtures are made from high-quality brass, which offers long-term durability and a timeless look. These come with a lifetime warranty. We also offer powder-coated black aluminum fixtures, which include a 10-year warranty.

  • Yes, our minimum project value for new installations is $650. Whether it’s a single spotlight for a flagpole or a full-property design, we’ll guide you through the best approach.

  • We don’t require anything specific, but having a rough budget in mind helps us design a system that meets your needs. We believe in building smart solutions, so we’ll never oversell on ideas that don’t offer additional value.

  • Yes. Every lighting design is personalized to your property’s architecture, layout, and specific needs. We don’t use cookie-cutter templates, so each system is carefully crafted for maximum impact and consistency

  • Yes. Our service call fee is $215, which includes a $125 trip charge and the first hour of labor. Additional time is billed at $90 per staff hour. We’ll diagnose any issue and fix it on the spot, if time and budget allows.

  • Yes. We offer a 5% discount to military personnel, first responders, and healthcare workers. Be sure to mention this before your final invoice. We also run seasonal promotions, so ask about those when you connect with us.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% subdivision discount when 5 or more homes in a neighborhood book installations together. Connect with your neighbors to take advantage of this group savings opportunity!

  • We offer a 100% buyback guarantee on all stocked fixtures within the first 30 days. If you’re not happy and have given us a chance to correct the issue, we’ll refund your full payment and remove the system (custom special-order fixtures excluded).

  • No, we carry a diverse range of outdoor LED lighting options, including 2700k warm white LED bulbs (which closely resemble traditional incandescent lighting), and color-changing fixtures for holidays & events.

  • Yes, and we’ll help you select the exact color temperature that matches your aesthetic vision. The most popular color temperatures are 2700k, 3000k, and 4000k, respectively. If you're interested in a color-changing system, let us know; we’ll provide a full tutorial after installation!

  • Yes, all transformers include a timer. We recommend dusk-to-dawn photocells for convenience, but we also offer mechanical, digital, and WiFi timers depending on your preferences.

  • Yes, please tell us your preferred on/off times, and we’ll program your timer accordingly.

  • No. As long as our team has access to a working outdoor electrical outlet, you don’t need to be home for us to complete the installation.

  • Every lighting plan starts with a detailed walkthrough. We’ll evaluate your property’s unique features and create a design that balances beauty, function, & efficiency. Our experience and creativity empowers us to light even the most challenging spaces.

  • Once you approve the estimate, we ask for a 50% down payment to cover materials. The final 50% is due only when your project is completed and you’re fully satisfied.

  • You can request a quote any time. However, spring, summer, and early fall are our busiest seasons. From October 1 through February 1, we focus on holiday lighting, which may cause delays for new projects. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
