Landscape Lighting Guys takes a lot of pride in our reputation as a professional landscape lighting company. We believe the best way we can protect that reputation is by hiring quality people, and this doesn’t necessarily mean the most experienced. We love great personalities!
When hiring a landscape lighting professional, we put more emphasis on hiring people that are positive, motivated and trustworthy as well as having the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We want employees that value always doing the right thing no matter what. We would never ask our employees to take any shortcuts, therefore we wouldn’t expect them to take any.
We dedicate time to train our new employees to make sure they learn our way of doing business as a landscape lighting professional. We find it important to let our employees know this upfront so they know what will be expected of them.
