See the Possibility Before We Install: Now Offering Lighting Renderings Upon Request

If you recently received one of our mailers in Kirkwood, you may have noticed something a little different. Instead of just talking about permanent roofline lighting or landscape lighting, we wanted to help homeowners actually see what their home could look like after dark.

That's one of the biggest challenges with outdoor lighting. Until it's installed, a lot of homeowners are left trying to picture the finished result in their head. You may know your front entry could feel more welcoming, or your roofline could look incredible with the right lighting. But it's natural to wonder, "OK, what would that actually look like on my house?"

That's why we now offer landscape lighting and permanent roofline lighting renderings upon request.

Our job isn't just to install lights. It's to help you feel confident in the plan. We're working with new rendering tools, including Landscape Lighting Unlimited, and using AI-assisted video renderings in certain situations to help bring designs to life.

This is especially useful for permanent roofline lighting. People hear "permanent roofline lighting" and think Christmas, and yes, it's great for the holidays. But the everyday use is what surprises people. A warm white roofline can make a home feel finished and elevated every night of the year, and a rendering helps you see that before the system goes in.

The same goes for traditional landscape lighting: uplighting, path lights, accent lighting for trees and garden beds. It can be hard to picture how those layers come together at night. Renderings help bridge that gap.

And yet, a rendering does not replace the consultation, the design, or the final nighttime adjustment. We start by meeting at the property and talking through your goals. From there, we provide a proposal and scope of work. If you need a clearer visual before moving forward, just ask for a rendering.

We're not trying to overwhelm every client with more than they asked for. Some homeowners know exactly what they want after the consultation. Others need to see it before it clicks. We want to meet people where they are.

A rendering is a visual concept, not a guarantee of the finished result. Real lighting depends on fixture placement, angles, beam spread, and how everything responds after dark. That's why the nighttime adjustment is still one of the most important parts of our process. Once the system is installed, we come back after dark, walk the property with you, and fine-tune the details until it feels intentional. The rendering helps you see the possibility. The nighttime adjustment helps us get it right.

It's 2026, and there are tools available that can help homeowners make better, more confident decisions. We're choosing to use them.

And right now is a great time to make the move. Any customer who schedules a permanent roofline lighting installation by July 15 gets 10% off the project.

If you're thinking about lighting for your home, we'd love to walk the property, talk through your goals, and help you understand what's possible, whether that's traditional landscape lighting, permanent roofline lighting, or both. And if a rendering would help you see the vision more clearly, just ask. We're happy to provide one.
